A NEW DAY

We have a very early start today and are having an espresso and a hot sandwich.

In a few minutes, we are diving into some video tutorials and written material we have to go through.

It’s another cloudy day in Stockholm.

Today we start new healthy habits: meditation, mindfulness, and so on. There is a strategic plan in place.

Tomorrow we have what we call “a crossing” and it marks another level. The changes already start today.
