THE GENDER GAP

It took several years of research but finally I came to a solution to the gender gap and am during August and September 2018 writing a detailed and confidential strategic plan. At the same time, I’m preparing myself for certification exams and moving towards making international negotiations. There is still a lot to discuss and my focus is that the negotiations and future projects should be inclusive where there is a win-win situation for everybody and where I get proper credit for my innovative ideas and research and most of all that there is an NDA in place.
