THE GENDER GAP

Yesterday, we did some tests for a remote job we applied to. We were surprised by the innovative approach and we liked what we saw.

It was an open application and we are happy that we went through the tests. We also saw that companies are taking new approaches that are not biased. =) This is very positive. The changes are here and we have seen the signs here and there.

It was then, when we did the tests, that we finally discovered what we have been suspecting all these years. We are different! We represent 1% of the population. We are rare, but we do exist.

Yes, that is right.

Today we rise above the mountain, we raise our fist, and we say:

This world is not sinking. Now now, not ever! Not on our watch, it isn’t!

The hell with Mr. T!
