it has been a very busy day working with business development and getting some very important things done.

Regarding work-life balance: The program has increased to: 30 min. power walk, 15 min. of exercises for the legs, and 60 min. of cardio or hip hop abs training to burn calories. This starts tomorrow 11th of May 2018 without exceptions.
