We’ve been saying it for years!
We need remote jobs in Sweden especially for women and in VR, AR, and MR. We are talking about VR/AR/MR Designer or UX/UI Designer for VR/AR/MR positions for example.
The governments WILL NOT have enough money to pay for all the people that do not have a job or that are striving with their small companies. So, we all need to take action.
So, now is the time to promote remote work and to open up recruitment agencies that specialize in this. We are tired to see all the job opportunities we are missing just because we do not live in the UK or the USA for example. Things have to move faster.
Furthermore, the mindset has to change in Sweden. The 3d Artist jobs have to be open for women too. We all need to have equal opportunities. Where are the Junior positions? How do we get to 3-5 years of experience when we do not even get a foot in the market? Think about this. How long will this continue? We are very tired of this.
And the trust has to increase. The lack of trust is a huge issue. Nowadays, we need to move very fast with everything and we do not have the time to explain everything and every step that we take. Nor do small companies have the possibility of offering their services for free.
We are stuck in reality. People have to be more open-minded. The changes have to occur now and pretty fast!
Having online training programs is nice but we also need jobs! Where are these remote jobs? When is this going to change?
We want to dedicate our time to work on creative things. We are losing valuable time. Time is money.
Today we are at the VR/AR Association’s online event and we see all the creative things that people are making and we just wonder when are we going to have the opportunity of doing the same?
Neither location nor gender should be an issue. Training is at our fingertips and we are all eager to learn.
It’s time for action! Big time!
6.08 pm: We just took a break from the event, the studies, and the work. It was nice to rest a bit and come back with a fresh mind.
Now we will continue with our work and with a positive mindset and determination. Some things will take its time, of course, these are things that do not depend on us. What we have to do is continue to take steps forward and make progress. The rest will fall into place.
