We are finished with the Unity 3D Artist Specialization this week and with the other specializations next week.
We’re working with volunteer projects and waiting for the reply regarding the scholarship application for the “Exponential Innovator” Certification Training. This means that we will be working with disruptive innovation 100%! In short, the tougher it gets, the tougher we get! And by the looks of it, we’ll be into Unity 3D programming very soon. By then, we can say that we are out of the comfort zone, big time. We’re getting meaner. =)

It’s a sunny day in Stockholm, and we’re having our morning coffee and getting ready for the day.
I guess by now you all understand the issue that is going on in the job market and how far the biased systems have gone. Yes, it’s a big problem, you bet! But we are going to make it crystal clear!!
Go to LinkedIn and look for remote jobs in Sweden that have to do with design. Then look for junior positions as a UX/UI Designer, Unity 3D Artist, Unity VR/AR Designer, etc. Keep on looking. You won’t find them. Yes, it’s the mindset! We’re a subject matter expert by now.
Jobs should be based on talent, not years of experience since in the case of women, the majority do not have a foot in the job market regarding for example VR, AR, MR, 3D Art, etc. When you put years of experience as part of the requirement, you are automatically applying a biased system. This is because we have a global gender gap. Just imagine how huge the problem is. The selection should not be based on how well you write a CV with keywords and so on. Most of us do not really understand these scanning systems and they are the reason for the sorrow we have today! These were created by developers who did not really understand the gender gap. Furthermore, these CV’s have become a business for the agencies that help you build a powerful CV. This costs money and not all of us are in a position to pay for these services. This should be taken out of the picture. We should not have to fall into a situation where we have to pay in order to be recognized for our knowledge and skills.
The systems that are used today are based on what we have done in the past and this does not reflect our capability of adapting to new technologies, our passion for learning, and our ability to innovate and solve problems. Today’s world is more about solving the problems that we have today and that we will soon have in the future. The experience that we all have gets outdated pretty fast because of the pace of technology.
The solution is, therefore: new systems that are not biased, the creation of junior positions to give the people the possibility of gaining the training that they need, the increase or creation of remote jobs (to respect the fact that remote working is a culture and many companies say that they do not discriminate cultures well they forgot about taking this into account), and having an open mindset. This shift can be made very easily if we all collaborate to create a better world.
This is important for many reasons. In the case of the COVID, we can say that we are not surprised that Sweden has taken the position it has taken. In short, what we see is that it is easier to be in denial than to make the changes happen. This is not a strength, it’s a weakness. The population has to be prepared for remote work because we never know what can happen plus people should have the possibility of choosing where and how they want to work. If jobs cannot be provided in Sweden, then remote job positions should be at hand. Plus you are now playing with people’s lives and this is a huge responsibility.
We all need to continue striving for a world where we all have the possibility of creating, innovating, and having a job. In short, striving for a world with EQUAL opportunities where we are all happy. Today, unfortunately, some get to create and get access to a job (most of them are men), while others struggle for years to get into the job market (some 20 years). No, we are not sorry that we have to be direct. On the contrary, we are trying to tell you that we get the point loud and clear and we are definitely going to disrupt these biased systems for the sake of everybody and for a good cause.
We are on Earth to be happy, we all have a purpose/mission. We are not here to be observers, but to be creators. Nobody wants to sit back as observers, while others get all the opportunities, develop their skills, and so on. This creates social and health problems that affect absolutely everybody: families, couples, friends, relatives, and more. Do you want your kids to grow in a good social environment with happy people? Then this is your chance to make the changes happen. We want a world with happy people, we want innovations, space travel, amazing technologies, a better lifestyle, and we all want to be part of all this.
Don’t get us wrong, we love Sweden! But it is time that it wakes up and understands that it could be making a whole lot of progress than it’s making. It is time for it to have a growth mindset, to create remote job possibilities, to help the small company owners, and more.
11.21 AM: We’ve decided that NOW is the time to focus on 200% on disruptive innovation and we will not wait.
Message to everyone: This situation with the mindset and the COVID is backfiring on you. You understand now how important it is to be flexible and to have remote work. It also shows how important it is to be inclusive. We would have been better prepared if all this had been taken care of a long time ago. Most of the companies do not even have personnel trained to work remotely and the bosses do not even know how to manage remote teams. And the people that lost their jobs, they do not know where to begin. It’s sad. And some people lost their dear ones and their jobs at the same time. The world is aching and there is no time for excuses.
As visionaries, we can tell you that we honestly are very concerned about what we see: the lack of global leadership, too many wrong decisions are made, the messages are also wrong, the communication has reached a very low level, there is a lack of empathy, respect, and understanding, the “kind of blindness” in the people that we’ve been mentioning for a long time, and a global impact coming nearer and nearer. The leaders are too focused on discussions and putting the blame on each other instead of focusing on the solutions. COVID is just one global impact that has already arrived and we see clearer than ever the shape that we are in, where the needs are, and how all this could have been taken care of in a more effective and faster way.
We see that this “influence” (let us call it that because we do not want to worry you by calling it by its real name) has gotten hold of one of our most important lines of defenses: our leaders, and that their messages come out twisted. Maybe they meant to give another message but somehow it came out another way. These are the people that were meant to guide us, calm us, give us assurance, and lead the way to solutions. We need to help them. We all need to show empathy. Violence should not be the way in which we fight our battles. We should fight them with justice, better communication, more awareness, and unity. It comes first with the awareness of the problem at hand. We say this because we see institutions, laws, and global agreements are being destroyed. It is a lack of respect for previous leaders that have fought for years to make the progress towards a peaceful world happen. This too is a huge warning sign to the world and it should not be ignored. We see the results, the effects, and also the hidden intentions behind these actions. It’s sad but it also shows the lack of good leadership and love. The lack of love towards the world and the people. Unfortunately, greed for power and most probably even money has taken the upper hand.
We see today the results of what a wrong mindset can cause. How the wrong approaches made by powerful companies and people can affect us. Today we are operating globally with just part of the pieces of a big puzzle and the people that have the solutions/innovations are not given the possibilities. These are the people that are lost in the systems. Among these are the visionaries. Like we said before, a world without visionaries is very dangerous. We also have challenges just like the rest of you. But in our case, we are both visionaries and leaders. It took the strength of a leader to pull us out.
We also notice that there is something strange happening with money and that it is changing. There is a shift of powers in the world, things have a different value and meaning. We could be on the way to another currency. Probably blockchain is taking a faster pace than what we know. Or probably there is another technology on the way and that it has silently entered the global market.
In short, when you start to be inclusive, to let people in, you will start a chain reaction. As soon as you take this step, the world will start to change. What are the 3 steps you will take today to set off this positive chain reaction that will create a better world? Write them down, and take action!
We see that the power is in the people now to make things happen and we know they can do it. We see a bright future ahead but if and only we act today to make the changes happen. It is now that we must change the course of events. This can all be changed and we strongly believe this. It is with this in mind, that we confirm that we are actively working on this with other people around the world. Changes will take place.
Message to the women around the world: Now is the time to step it up and fight for your rights, your career, and your family.
In Sweden, we can say that women have 2 fronts of competition: 1) India (strong developer skills and cheaper prices) 2) The Baltics and other countries like Ukrania and Poland (much higher technical skills especially in AI, Blockchain, etc.). We are talking about an expert level of competition which is already here and has been here for quite a while now. We bet you did not notice! We guess that answers part of the question of why you cannot get into the job market. This is just the tip of the iceberg. It also affects the small company owners who have to compete very fast and at a much higher level with unseen/unnoticed competitors. Step it up now! If you do not fight for what belongs to you, nobody will!
Furthermore, guess who is taking control of the VR, AR, and MR market? Most probably those that have gotten the Unity 3D Artist positions all these years (and related jobs) thanks to the biased systems, recruitment systems based on experience instead of talent and passion, the lack of junior positions, the lack of remote jobs, and the wrong mindset. These are mostly men. Sorry, but that is what has to be changed. We will not permit this to go on any longer! Nobody can tell us what we are capable of learning nor achieving. Nobody has the right nor the power to go against God who has given the people their purpose/mission in life. When you stop people from living a life with purpose and growing, you are going against God. Technology is not God. Technology should be there to augment us, help us, collaborate with us, but not to take our place. We, the people, are priority number 1! We know there is a very strong spiritual battle going on in the world right now that goes beyond your understanding. A battle between good and evil. We all feel this. It is of utmost importance that we are aware of this. But it is even more important that we take control of the situation and fight back. God has given us everything we need in order to succeed, the solutions are within us. But together we are stronger.
3.14 PM: We will have a late lunch today. In about 5 minutes we start our superintensive training in disruptive innovation with the full commitment to solving this and other challenges. And for those that do have a job, our advice is that you should not feel too comfortable because we live in uncertain times. We should all be fighting to make things better and that there is equality because you never know if you are left without a job. If that happens, be sure that you would like to have a better situation than the one we have now and that you are able to get a new job fast with all the help, support, advice, etc. that you need. And even for your kids. We have to think about the future.
3.21 PM: Our strategic plan is ready and we start executing it now.
We want to remind you that there is a very strong battle at a spiritual level going on between good and evil in the world today. So keep this in mind when you watch the news and you see the things that you see (we are all shocked and can’t believe what we see and hear). We ask ourselves: How can this be happening? Be aware of the fact that humanity is being challenged and that we all must start right away to shift this towards a better world. Be also aware of the things that the Bible has warned us about. You will understand what the “detail” is. For some it’s the Bible, for others it is something else. But we all have goodness as a goal. We believe in a higher power. We believe that the things we were warned about have arrived. So it is of utmost importance that we work very hard right now.
Sunday 5th of May 2020:
We see that the kind of blindness in the people is fading away which is a good sign. They are noticing the lack of a message where there should be one. They are noticing the wrong messages and the off tone in important situations. There is a certain touch of “unreal” to it all like it belongs in some kind of bad dream. But there is one thing that the people have not noticed, but we have. Where you think there was no message, there actually was. The message was delivered without words. In place of words, there were other things. Pay attention to this. It’s very important. Call it our tip of the day.
If you let yourself get carried away by anger and all the bad feelings or if you think that aggression and violence is the right response, then you are not understanding the situation. Chaos is not and should not be the solution. It is totally the opposite you should be doing. Remember that we need to change the situation and it starts with each one of us committing to taking steps today.
So this is our proposition/our solution:
- Be inclusive and start today. Remember that by being inclusive, you are building a better and healthier world for you and everybody. This means children, the elders, the women, the men, and the rest of the people that have less than we do.
- Respect the work of previous leaders and build upon it. Build on it, do not destroy it. This is one of the mistakes that is being made, the destruction of what previous leaders have done with all the love and passion to keep us safe. This has great value, you have to protect it.
- Understand that violence is not the solution and that we must change the course of events in a respectful manner, with justice, and we need to be in control of our emotions in order to succeed. What is happening in the world right now should not be an excuse for further violence. Furthermore, leaders should show respect for each other. This should be the culture we have to focus on and we should be sure that the future leaders that we elect follow certain criteria to avoid that we see today is not repeated, not permitted.
- Unite. Together we are stronger but unite with love, collaboration, empathy, creativity, innovation, and belief in ourselves and others. The belief that we can accomplish anything we put our minds to.
- Keep on working and building a growth mindset. Surround yourself with things and people that inspire you, uplift you, give you positive energy and launch you towards your dreams and goals. What you read also determines your future. The people that you surround yourself with too. And the way you approach challenges is also important.
- Write down at least 3 things you will do today, right now, that will help you to create a better world and take action.
- Understand that we are at a turning point and that once we succeed there are many wonderful things waiting for us.
This is not time to sit back and wait for changes. It is time to act right away!
This is our message, in a time of chaos, a time of need. We are with you! We also have challenges but we keep moving forward and as we do, we are getting stronger.
